This is just the small stuff; we'll leave all the big items for the movers.  In addition, we threw out probably 20 large black bags of trash, and made many, many trips to Goodwill.  Eventually our house might be ready for the market.  (Target date is August).

It's been a while

 We had our first delay in building, which certainly isn't surprising.  Fortunately, we at least knew why - our framer was out of town.  But now they've started!      This was just the first load of wood.  And now the framing has begun!!!  Our builder told us we could anticipate a completed home 7 months from the start of framing - so he's now on the clock.  This is DAY 1.    I wonder how close we will be in mid-December.
