Roy and Jane's Home Building Adventure

 Of course it's always sad to cut down a tree, and this juniper was going to be a highlight, right by our front door.  But alas, it was too close to the house, so had to come down.  But we will definitely use that stump in our landscaping design.  

 After approximately one year of endless meetings, we received our building permit!  First step was to clear the lot of (too many....sigh) trees.  A necessary step to prepare the lot for building, as well as fire mitigation.  Notice how much mulch here??
